Job Description

  • Handling all personnel issues (Employees' files, social insurance, medical insurance, life insurance....)
  • Checking the completeness of all the hiring credentials & signing all the hiring documents
  • Preparing attendance, late, absent, Leaves daily and monthly reports.
  • Completing all the data on the attendance system software
  • Handling all the issues related to social insurance office & labor bureau inspection visits & providing them with all the needed documentations.
  • Finishing the clearance form for any resigned employee.
  • Preparing all HR Forms.
  • Determining best sourcing channels for attracting and recruiting candidates (white collars & blue collars).
  • Preparing headcount, turnover rate, reasons and analysis reports
  • Determining best sourcing channels for attracting and recruiting candidates (white collars & blue collars).
  • Screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
  • Identifying training and development needs within the organization.
  • Setting and implementing the training plan of the organization annually.
  • Onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Responsible for Performance Management System of employees.
  • Developing KPIs for all positions in the company.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • HR Diploma is preferable
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources Field (Recruitment background is preferable)
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio)
  • Work under stress
  • Leadership Skills
