Job Description
- Handling Online Sales.
- Entering every single purchase data on the software system.
- Updating stock’s prices according to the market prices’ changes.
- Placing orders with the existing suppliers to constantly replenish the stock.
- Overseeing orders preparation and packaging process.
- Managing logistics between the company warehouse, store/sales channels, suppliers, and customers.
- Identify new items/suppliers in the domain of activity by closely monitoring the market.
- Making the necessary sale invoices at the end of each month.
- Make Sure all the non-cash sales are properly paid at the end of each month.
- Helping in the preparation of taxes’ documents and statements at the end of the financial year.
- Periodically analyzing sales performance (by sector & by supplier) and advise promotions on specific items.
- Posting daily/weekly posts on FB, Instagram and other social media networks and reply to the customer's comments/messages.
- Sending price lists & offers through different media channels to existing and potential customers.
- Preparing necessary documents (manually & on PC) for orders processing.
- Preparing weekly programs for the sales agents and follow-up with them.
- Updating Inventory, resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
- Preparing Sales Reports.
- Answering customers’ questions about products’ technical products.
- Keeping a close eye on competitors’ prices and advise modifications on the company’s prices accordingly.
- Preparing new price lists and updating existing ones.
- Advising new promotional campaigns, planning and implementing new strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Monitoring customers’ payments are regularly executed without delays.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing & advertising materials.
- Meeting potential customers’ decision makers to close deals.
- Making cold marketing calls.
- Assisting in the preparation of import documents, letters, and materials.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in an operations/ office management capacity
- English language proficiency level: Very Good
- Proficient and advanced user to Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to deliver in tight times
