Job Description
Summary:
Oversee human resources including talent management, recruitment, learning and development, employees engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits , HR information system
Account-abilities:
- Developing and administering Human Resources plans and procedures
- Represent the Company in all government departments. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
- Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review
- Prepare budgets for all Human Resources Operations
- Planning , organizing and controlling the activities and actions of HR Department
- Developing HR department goals & objectives
- Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s salary budget
- Preparing annual Recruitment plan and Oversee recruitment for all personnel
- Oversee Exit interviews
- Support the design and delivery of appropriate training to increase the engagement and capability of employees.
- Support managers in driving a performance culture and ensuring optimum employee engagement across the Company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in the same field.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Fluency in English
- In-depth knowledge of labor law & HR best practices
- Strong personal impact and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
