Job Description
Recruitment:
- Managing all the recruitment process from sourcing to final placement of top quality candidates.
- Develop and use proven, cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill job openings.
- Screening resumes categorizing candidates according to job analysis and preparing interview assessment reports for potential candidates.
- Phone screening potential candidates and setting up interviews’ appointments
- Conducting face to face interviews and simulation calls
- Preparing the job offers and making sure that they have been signed.
- Coordinating new hires orientation programs
Employee Relations:
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Managing employee complaints.
- Offering counseling services to employees.
- Handle employee engagement and loyalty programs.
- Assisting in developing and communicating the Employee Handbook.
OD projects:
- Consult with Management to identify, create and implement OD programs to support organizational goals.
- Assisting in developing and implementing the organizations' policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development of HR strategies and plans and support their implementation.
- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance target.
- Support with talent assessment, providing coaching session and analysis.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
Training:
- Organize a training plan for employees
- Communicate & Update training providers
- Coordinate the training needed according to the training plan
- Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
- Assess the employee, training materials and the instructors through training period.
- Follow up the training process with the employees & inform them with any updates
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
Personnel:
- Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations.
- Implementing an effective performance appraisal system.
- Handling all processing associated with employee benefits.
- Responsible for the systematic updated employees’ database.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers.
- Track reviews and handle performance management issues with managers and staff
Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- Holding an HR Diploma is a plus.
- Strong Recruitment background.
- Language: good command in both written and spoken English language.
- Computer skills: Expert user of Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of relevant HR tools.
