Principal Accountabilities:

Ensures all hiring targets are met as per SLA
Sources, and screens for different roles
Assists in raising the requisitions on Taleo and actions them
Supports in identifying new Vendors
Schedules interviews & tests
Completely manages pre-joining formalities for all new joiners.
Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc
Improves the customer & candidate satisfaction index
Builds and strengthens relations with internal & external customers
Manages external vendors & monitors performance
Ensures use of recruitment automation and reduce manual intervention
Prepares and showcase recruitment metrics on a regular basis to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate degree
1-2 year experience in Mass Hiring
Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes will be a plus
Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
Good customer service orientation
Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines and tight deadlines
Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with different stakeholders
Taleo usage would be a plus
