Automotive Sales Representative - New Cairo

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management

• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, long shifts

Responsibilities and Duties

• Screens and arrange Car Services in Service Center
• Maintains ongoing relationships, provides support, resolves problems for customers, opens supply requests for customers and centers, and prepares monthly reports.
• Provides in-bound telephone customer support in a call center/general office environment and determines the nature of the call or inquiry
• Distributes mail, prepares reports, processes forms, tracks orders, inputs data, and performs various other general office out door tasks
• Communicates effectively in order to solve intermediate level problems and assists with basic research
• Complies with corporate requirements on Service performance
• Tasks
• Advise clients on Allaona Services and payment methods.
• Track with client their car situation and inspection report.
• Keep records of all Cars Serviced, received, and inspection reports stored.1
