Job Description

  • Handle all administrative and filing tasks effectively
  • Manage the personnel filing system
  • Support the recruiting process
  • Manage the petty cash expenses
  • Manage logistic tasks for technical and commercial departments
  • Support commercial events logistically
  • Develop periodical status and planning reports
  • Support commercial propositions and social media activities

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Accounting, or Business
  • 3-5 years experience in similar position
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
  • Has team spirit and is a team player
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office
