Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain personal computers & related equipment’s of associates at the desired level as per organization policy
- Investigate user system issues, troubleshoot & identify the cause, determine possible fixes, test and implement them
- Maintain network & data center hardware.
- Maintain and manage regular data backup and recovery plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Eng or any equivalent degree in IT Background
- 2-3 years as an IT Technical Support / Help Desk
- Certifications in CCNA and CCNP ( preferred )
- Up-to-date knowledge and interest in networking technologies
- Excellent communication skills (particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technical themselves)
- Ability to keep calm in a crisis and to think clearly to solve problems.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
