Job Description

  • Building a long-term relationship with our clients.
  • Ensure that the account will reach daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annual volume.
  • Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs
  • Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
  • Create plans and collaborate with internal teams to address client’s business needs.
  • Schedule regular meetings, teleconferences, and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
  • Associate for recruitment a crew and freelancer to work on the project is required
  • Send monthly market survey and visit report.
  • Work with the internal/external team to produce what is required from the client with the highest quality within deadlines.
  • Proposal preparation and presentation to the client.

Job Requirements

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Agile Management is a MUST
  • Scrum Master is a PLUS
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Two to three years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
