Job Description
- Calculate new applicants’ certificates to ensure that they are meeting the criteria of the desired faculty.
- Send final acceptance to applicants via e-mail.
- Contact students through e-mails or calls if needed to complete the documents requested.
- Prepare welcome packs for the newcomers and participate in the orientation.
- Participate in the graduation ceremony.
- Publish transcripts and course descriptions upon request.
- Handle reception shifts to respond to different inquiries of students regarding the certificates, transcripts, or final withdrawals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
- Very good Organizing skills,Communication, Problem solving and analytical skills.
