Job Description

  • Calculate new applicants’ certificates to ensure that they are meeting the criteria of the desired faculty.
  • Send final acceptance to applicants via e-mail.
  • Contact students through e-mails or calls if needed to complete the documents requested.
  • Prepare welcome packs for the newcomers and participate in the orientation.
  • Participate in the graduation ceremony.
  • Publish transcripts and course descriptions upon request.
  • Handle reception shifts to respond to different inquiries of students regarding the certificates, transcripts, or final withdrawals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent Command of English Language.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
  • Very good Organizing skills,Communication, Problem solving and analytical skills.
