Job Description
- Assists in preparation of the Hospitality Strategic Marketing plan.
- Assists in preparing the monthly sales and marketing business review including: Business Mix of each property, Geographic Source of business, Top accounts performance in each property, and Monthly report of Hotels Promotional Rates and comparison.
- Develops and execute annual E- marketing plan including : E- database and e-mail campaigns/ social media/ online advertising, and tracking analysis and control.
- Assists in implementing marketing actions needed to support hospitality reflecting its USP”s and brand positioning.
- Performs regular website update with attractive hotel packages.
- Plans, coordinates, and implements direct marketing, both on- and offline.
- Responsible for the distribution and placement of advertiser campaigns via online channels including email, banner and search marketing.
- Assists in determining and implementing marketing actions needed to support hospitality reflecting its USP”s and brand positioning.
- Coordinates events (including hotel, Spa and golf events), pre- event planning, on – going logistics with hotels and facilities, on site branding, organization and logistics, event supervising and maintenance of the annual calendar of events.
- Coordinates direct marketing, both on- and offline.
- Coordinates all related logistics to the development of MICE & Wedding to show case the destination.
- Handles all marketing materials for the hospitality department.
- Creates, coordinates and maintains give- away and collateral.
- Performs extensive market research and collects data
- Coordinates department activities and special tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provides administrative support.
- Handles travel arrangements and expenses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the same field. (Preferred Universities: MIU, AUC, GUC, & MSA)
- English Language School is a Must
- Fluent in English
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing & events coordination.
- MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Internet
- Numerical skills
