iHub is basically divided into a business division, that includes business development, sales and marketing, and an operations division, that oversees all internal and external operations, procedures and service delivery. The operations division are responsible for the execution of the different iHub projects. The Project Coordinator works with the rest of his/her colleagues reporting the to the Project or Unit Manager in the execution of the project plan using the available resources, to deliver on time with the expected quality.
