About the Job
- Review all features and configurations needed from the customer side
- Responsible to handle All customer issues remotely configuration or by visiting sites
- Responsible for Studying new technology or Demo before implanting it for the customer.
- Test all implantation process before submitting it to the customer
- Design network via Visio program and set the configuration for every device
- Assist the procurement department in issuing devises price list for shipment.
- Troubleshoot problems in Network Devices
- Lead the technical team by handling their task
- Distribute the technical task based on their Qualification
- Support the customer Technically Directly
- Attend all awareness, enablement, workshop session.
- Communicate with the presales – sales -PM for any issue / Task related to customer
- Take Escalation Tasks from Help Desk
- Monitor Team Performance based on Customer FEEDBACK
- Follow up pending tasks (Personal Task from team leader/trial lab for testing some advanced feature.
- Review team attendance /overtime and arrange with the payroll team.
- prepare LLD (LOW LEVEL design) Network Design for any new project including network, security, wireless, Data Center, software, voice over IP & Passive works
- Attend kick-off meeting internally & externally to discuss the scope of work Network LLD design, Implantation plan and all prerequisites for the project Deployment.
- Lead the technical team in the implantation Phases starting from day 1 implementation to the final stage
- Testing all the prepared configuration for all team members before Implementing it to the customer service
- Preparing all a handover Project Documentation, to submit completion Letter
- Prepare all the training materials & labs for any scheduled courses for the customer
- Conduct assessment on the level of network & security to evaluate the current status & recommend new solutions including our projects
- Direct Support for the Customer issues by Troubleshooting and resolving their problems through our technical team
