About the Job

Brief:

An excellent job opening in an international group operating international brands in multiple markets,

The marketing section head for the F&B division is in charge of the complete planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the marketing activities conducted for multiple F&B brands. The brands are operated and located in remote markets, but the managing teams are located in Cairo

Main responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department & monitor and manage budgets and spending to maintain healthy bottom line
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans & execute planned activities on time with the available resources
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
  • Provide comprehensive reports on the business from marketing points of view
  • Cooperate with other team members to deliver top-line results
  • Conducts Market Visits to get traders’ feedback and follow up on the product’s availability and visibility.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Marketing and/or business administration
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related fields
  • English and Arabic language proficiency
  • Excellent Microsoft office application skills
  • basic use of ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
