Job Description

  • Supervising the cleanliness for all branches and follow-up with the cleaning company.
  • Make sure that waste in all branches and head office is removed regularly.
  • in charge of company's cars maintenance.
  • Renewing the licenses of cars and handle all traffic works related to cars.
  • Dealing with post offices and various government agencies
  • Carrying out transactions related to banks (deposit - validity of signing checks,…..etc.).
  • Ordering all hygiene supplies and any office tools for head office and branches.
  • Delivery of rental checks to the owner.
  • Delivery of electricity checks.
  • Carry out the work tasks related to the administration department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Good English.
  • Good excel user.
  • Hard worker
