Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager who’s ready to create and to help us scale from 100 to 120 people! We are looking for an experienced HR professional with deep HR knowledge, full life-cycle HR Process design and implementation experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to develop, implement and promote scalable people strategies and policies for our growing team while maintaining and strengthening our collaborative and flourishing company culture.
You are strategic and tactical and have experience building a strong HR foundation at an established and fast-growing multinational company. You have sound judgment, problem-solving skills and you’re an effective conduit capable of working cross-functionally and resolve issues at their earliest stages with honesty, integrity, and empathy.
What you’ll do:
- Dealing with governmental authorities in Borg El Arab.
- Renewal of all licenses (manufacturing license, boiler license, social defense).
- Build out our people strategy which includes but is not limited to: performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, retention, employee and manager training, employee handbook, and culture-building initiatives.
- Build trust with employees across all layers of the organization and be an active listener effective problem solver of people issues.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor degree on Business administration or equivalent.
- HR management training certificate.
- Experience of dealing with governmental authorities specially in Borg El Arab.
- Expert understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and training.
- Experience in social insurance and medical insurance.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategy that drives business results.
- Good listener with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability and willingness to provide feedback.
- Systems and process-thinker who loves creating order out of chaos
- Deeply loyal and ethical person with a steel-trap with confidential information.
- Experience with HR talent management systems.
