- Prepare Monthly Employment Cost Reports.
- Update payroll records with monthly changes while having a basic payroll knowledge
- Oversee HR administration and documentation while drafting employment letters, contracts for new joiners etc.
- Time Sheet Attendance, Leaves, Vacations, and Overtime
- Be responsible for Maintaining and updating Personnel records
- Work closely with the insurance companies to coordinate and execute tasks in renewing, enrolling and terminating employee benefits
- Act supportively to Hiring Managers in interview scheduling and recruitment process in general.
Job Requirements
- Advertising agencies background is A must
- High Leadership skills and mastering communication intelligence is core competencies.
