Main Duty
The receptionist & Front Desk Assistant Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor's arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Taking and answering all the telephone calls and relay the messages to the concerned department or person.
- Greet visitors with a perfect smile on face.
- Recording the movement of staff members in and out of the organization.
- Provide general organizational and secretarial support.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment diary.
- Maintaining the reception area clean and tidy.
