Job Description

Tasks & Duties:

  • Implementation of the needed action plan to achieve full coverage of the market, whether existing or new customers
  • Offering products and Promotions according to the customer's needs
  • Preparation of quotations, receipt of SO and follow-up for customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up the collection process
  • Follow up existing customers and add new customers as per the announced target
  • Use different analytics to measure the competitors & our market share

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales with FMCG (Must)
  • Experience in distribution industry
  • High ability to handle stress & work under pressure
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction from manager.
  • Strong problem-solving skills & honesty
  • Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self for results; delivers on results despite obstacles.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Proven coaching and influence skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High ability to analyze different data types
  • Excellent negotiation skills
