Job Description
A well-known Multinational company located in “Borg el Arab- Alexandria”, is Hiring an “HR Assistant”.
Job description:
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Assisting in the recruitment process by screening CVs and attend first interviews.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Job Requirements
- BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
- Working experience from 1 to 2 years in similar role
- Experience as a HR administrator or HR assistant
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
