Main Job Duties:
- To co-ordinate with Business users in Cairo and will be single point of contact for any phone communication and email communication in Arabic Language.
- To co-ordinate with Offshore users for the resolution of issues.
- Should have listed technical skills for to assist in resolving high priority tickets.
- Reports to GTM subcluster Lead
- Production support for 4 GTM applications. Offshore team will be supporting for resolution of tickets and associate need to co-ordinate with them.
Job Requirements
- Arabic language (Both Oral and written)
- Java
- Oracle pl / SQL
- GTM Domain skills
- .NET
- SQL server
- Project is majorly looking for someone from Retail domain or at least someone who has a basic knowledge of Retail domain
- Apart from the technical skills the resource should also have the basic knowledge of Order, Invoicing, Inventory management, Settlement and promotion of Products
