Job Description
- Coordinates communications and information dissemination with sales force and crossfunctional organizations
- Facilitates getting orders out the door registering deals or partner on-boarding and portal support
- Assist with sales management to ensure forecast and territory management accuracy, research and report discrepancies in sales figures and communicates with sales teams to update information accordingly
- Assist with territory assignment governance activities including; hierarchy changes, new hire support, opportunity reassignment
- Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
- Work with sales for analyst activities, reporting, data quality and guidance. Work with all groups around in revenue topics, invoicing, logistics, accounting, and working together with the rest of BOS team.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor’ s Degree or Equivalent
- Ability to work independently, analyze information and draw accurate conclusions.
- Customer focused
- Sense of urgency and ability to take initiative
- Strong team spirit
- Time management skills, organizational skills, ability to execute and ability to adapt to change
