Job Description
We require a Service Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in Medical equipment maintenance.
We are the sole agent of the following range of products include:
- Infant care system
- Diagnostic systems
- Physical therapy devices (Shockwave and Ultrasonic)
- Surgical equipment
- We also offer service for other equipment in the market for our customers.
Main Job Duties:
- Provides technical support for clinical equipment throughout healthcare system as assigned, including:
- Installing and handing equipment
- Train the client to use new equipment
- Scheduled and unscheduled On-Site and after sale maintenance,
- Maintaining spare parts inventories,
- Performing rounds in customer areas, and participating in the on call shifts.
- Supervise and participate in in-service training of new staff concerning user and operation of medical equipment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Engineering bachelor degree (Biomedical degree is preferable).
- Minimum 1 -5 years of experience in Medical equipment service
- Preferred to be fluent in English, verbal and written to deal with manufacturers' training and online communications
- Excellent in communication skills
- Diagnostic skills
- Repair and troubleshooting skills
- Project management skills and team work
