Job Description
- Prepare training materials for each project.
- Provide needed training to the merchant’s management (Top Management –
Branch Managers) - Send training materials and system access to merchants to start using the program.
- Ensure cascading the training to branch managers of the merchants.
- Confirm with the merchant’s management on the visit plan.
- Handling field team complaints during their visits.
- Send launch email for each merchant with instructions.
- Review database with each merchant and send updates to quality control team.
- Maintain relationship with merchants to facilitate future requests.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in account management, training, corporate sales or any related field.
- Excellent presentation and MS office skills.
- Excellent in English spoken and written.
