About the Job
  • Prepare training materials for each project.
  • Provide needed training to the merchant’s management (Top Management –
    Branch Managers)
  • Send training materials and system access to merchants to start using the program.
  • Ensure cascading the training to branch managers of the merchants.
  • Confirm with the merchant’s management on the visit plan.
  • Handling field team complaints during their visits.
  • Send launch email for each merchant with instructions.
  • Review database with each merchant and send updates to quality control team.
  • Maintain relationship with merchants to facilitate future requests.
Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years’ experience in account management, training, corporate sales or any related field.
  • Excellent presentation and MS office skills.
  • Excellent in English spoken and written.
