Job Description
Coordinate the logistics of the training sessions ensuring the eventa ccuracy including the following:
- Client private premise meeting room checkup and set up “Tables, flow-charts data show.
- Order materials from store & check the quality of the materials.
- Prepare the systems kits needed in the session.
- Prepare the participants’ attendance sheet, certificates, contact info sheet & evaluation forms.
- Coordinate training materials storage.
Job Requirements
- Own a car.
- 0-1 Experience and Fresh Graduate are welcomed.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Giza or October residence .
