Job Description
- Interact with internal and external business partners.
- Managing the process of creation of Vapulus services.
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all the resources needed to produce a company’s services.
- Organizing and maintaining a smooth and fast customer service process
- Follow up on all carried out operations in the internal system
- Make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
- Contact the Merchants over the phone to complete any missing information.
- Check and reply to daily emails.
- Achieve department target.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in an operations/ office management
- English language proficiency level: Excellent
- Advanced user to Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication and time management skills
