About the Job
  • Interact with internal and external business partners.
  • Managing the process of creation of Vapulus services.
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all the resources needed to produce a company’s services.
  • Organizing and maintaining a smooth and fast customer service process
  • Follow up on all carried out operations in the internal system
  • Make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
  • Contact the Merchants over the phone to complete any missing information.
  • Check and reply to daily emails.
  • Achieve department target.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in an operations/ office management
  • English language proficiency level: Excellent
  • Advanced user to Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
