- Handling white collar payroll cycle.
- Handling white collar personnel.
- Consolidating & handling HR KPIs.
- Handling HR Reports.
- Implementing HRIS in the HO & Factories (for white collars).
- Creating & updating HR Policies.
- Supporting in training & engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong Experience in Payroll
- Preferably has experience with Blue Collars
- Experience in factories is preferable.
- Bachelor degree (Management, business, commerce) preferred.
- Private Universities graduates are preferred
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Has a strong character to handle a challenging environment.
