Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily communicate with hotels and providers.
- Responsible to ensure that the number of bookings assigned in the list are all done.
- Responsible for handover the pending to follow-up to maintain a high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing his skills and potential to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set by the organization.
Job Requirements
List typical education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 year of experience in Call center or Hotels field.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent in the English language.
