Job Description

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily communicate with hotels and providers.
  • Responsible to ensure that the number of bookings assigned in the list are all done.
  • Responsible for handover the pending to follow-up to maintain a high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing his skills and potential to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set by the organization.

Job Requirements

List typical education and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 0-1 year of experience in Call center or Hotels field.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent in the English language.
