About the Job
  • Follow up on the execution of the decisions taken in meetings with all departments' manager.
  • Assure that the meetings decisions is being executed by the managers.
  • Distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled meeting.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
