Job Description
- Specialist in selling and handling inbound and outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Handling Groups and corporate.
- Operational arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside & outside Egypt.
- Guiding clients and provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints as after sale service
- Work on targets levels and be able to achieve it.
- Work under pressure of doing sales, operation, after sales, customer service and being able to deliver all in professional ways.
Job Requirements
- Willing to start immediately.
- Min 3 years’ Experience in the field of tourism.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Male - Female.
- Selling skills.
- Strong basic computer skills.
- Communications skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team with accept responsibility.
