Job Description
- Answering customer inquiries, customers’ bookings and communicate with physicians for following up appointments and providing examination information to the customers.
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient data on the automated system by gathering patient information
- Booking and scheduling appointments in compliance with system, while taking into consideration critical situations and ways of handling them.
- Receiving money from cash clients and revise it, revise required papers and transfers approvals as per client credit agreement
- Revise to Assuring accuracy of customer's data when deliver diagnosing reports (patient Name, film, Report).
- Delivery the report of examination to patients
- Communicate to Receive “weekly Schedule” of doctors from call center and Coordinate for any modification in the schedule
- Maintain company image by following up the instructions (on time Attendance – customer service – Appearance – Hygiene).
- Coordinate with Branch Administrator to set the suitable schedule for receptionist’s staff.
- Follow the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations.
