Job Description

  • Answering customer inquiries, customers’ bookings and communicate with physicians for following up appointments and providing examination information to the customers.
  • Registers new patients and updates existing patient data on the automated system by gathering patient information
  • Booking and scheduling appointments in compliance with system, while taking into consideration critical situations and ways of handling them.
  • Receiving money from cash clients and revise it, revise required papers and transfers approvals as per client credit agreement
  • Revise to Assuring accuracy of customer's data when deliver diagnosing reports (patient Name, film, Report).
  • Delivery the report of examination to patients
  • Communicate to Receive “weekly Schedule” of doctors from call center and Coordinate for any modification in the schedule
  • Maintain company image by following up the instructions (on time Attendance – customer service – Appearance – Hygiene).
  • Coordinate with Branch Administrator to set the suitable schedule for receptionist’s staff.
  • Follow the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years experience needed.
