Job Description
Role Purpose
To ensure all the HR processes and procedures are properly carried out with compliance to all group policies.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain HR policies & procedures
- Create monthly payroll reports procedure on SAP system
- Monitory the leave balance credit of employees
- opening bank account for new comers and update in SAP system
- Monitory in separation process and generate monthly reports
- Monitory the renewal and generate contracts
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting employees
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Job Requirements
Education: University graduate, preferably with business administration major
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 7-10 years of experience
Job-Specific Skills:
