Job Description
The role coordinates between the Business and the Technical team on analysis of the Business demands related to Business Technologies. The role works closely with the Business and BSMs (Business Solution Managers) for requirement gathering, solution proposals, implementation, and delivery. In addition support the Corporate and Real Estate applications platforms
Key Accountabilities
Project Coordination:
- Support the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phase
- Responsible for creation of the Functional design.
- RFC/SOW preparation/ coordination
- Prepare RFAs
- Assist in BRD creation
- Assist in the preparation of TCOs for projects
- Assist the Solution Architects in preparing documents required by the EA
- Coordination in System Testing where required
- Participate in project UATs and govern the testing scope
Demand Process Involvement:
- Assist in preparation of RFPs and RFI
- Assist in the requirements collection and preparation of Business Requirements Documents
Other Key Responsibilities
- To liaise with relevant managers and stakeholders in IT to ensure full collaboration and understanding on critical topics as one IT team.
- Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.
- Support and troubleshoot business applications
- Develop reports and Dashboards for business and Management
Job Requirements
Education:
College or University degree in Computer Science/IT or a related discipline
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in applications field, Change Management & Projects related to ERP systems implementation (Preferably SAP)
- Reports development (Preferably Tableau)
- Applications Support (Preferably SAP)
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
- Project Coordination skills; aligning project stakeholders on design and functional requirements
- Very Good understanding of the business process (Finance and/ or Real Estate background)
