  • IRM Business Development Officer responsibilities covers building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Business Development Officer will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Job Requirements
  • Proven working experience in the business development manager side, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA Finance/and/or business administration, marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in similar position
  • Ability to manage team (1-3 persons)
