Job Description

  • Acting as a liaison between TIEC and portal management company
  • Overseeing portal operation with particular attention to content and site maintenance
  • Performing day to day follow up on EgyptInnovate (EIP) different activities/updates.
  • Assisting with the review of portal statistics and analytics.
  • Reviewing and follow up on KPIs and ensure intact measurement methodology
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports and KPIs on EIP Performance, and validate performance measurements submitted by the managing company
  • Communicating and maintaining periodical content updates and announcements requested by TIEC departments, and ensuring proper and timely announcement.
  • Involving in setting online strategy for EIP using different channels
  • Working with portal management company, to plan, maintain and improve online presence, initiating new ways to enhance and develop portal presence.
  • Assisting in developing valuable partnerships, and contributors.
  • Preparing and call for EIP quarterly meeting, and maintain meeting minutes and status of all related issues.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience of the portal and /or web technologies and standards, with an ability to understand and translate both in terms of technology and user experience, and how to make use of a portal framework to deliver real value/service to the different users.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and online content management systems.
  • Data Analysis skills with good knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and an up-to-date awareness of online marketing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
