Job Description
The Sales Manager is expected to:
- To drive business success by devising sales strategies that create market demand for Hanza Medic's products and maximize profit in compliance with the organization's marketing and operating standards.
- Identify penetration, expansion and growth opportunities within Egypt
- Sales analysis
- Sales strategy
- Sales target management

- Selection and training of sales force

- Executive reporting
60% of working hours is spent visiting customers, distributors, business partners, as well as monitoring field force, within Cairo (mainly) and Key cities in Egypt such as Alexandria, Tanta, Mansoura, Assiut.
Job Requirements
- BSC. of Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine
- Reputable certification in business management (Such as MBA)
- Four years as a sales manager preceded by substantial experience as a Medical Representative in reputable medical device or pharmaceutical companies
- Proven track record of executing successful promotion plan(s) and sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey scientific knowledge accurately.
- Good scientific knowledge
- Microsoft Office; Excellent at PowerPoint, Sufficient Excel and Word
- Excellent English and Arabic (Comprehension, Speaking, Writing skills
- Business acumen (Strategic thinking, financial acumen, understands Operation, Manufacturing, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain etc.)
- Strategic networking
