Job Description

Job Summary:

  • To direct or coordinate facilities management services, such as physical security, cleaning, buffet, maintenance, logistics, record keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, transportation and other office support services, purchasing follow up

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in extracting and renewal of cars & trucks licenses
  • Experience in extracting and renewal of ports entry licenses for admins and drivers.
  • To coordinate and manage office building ancillary support services, to coordinate with the procurement unit on local purchases of stationery, equipment, supplies and other company business-related purchases.
  • To review and approve the selection and purchase of all office related supplies stationery and be responsible for the security of company assets and for arranging.
  • To develop and manage effective internal and external relationships and to ensure high-level public relations with employees & suppliers.
  • To provide for efficient transportation assistance to company employees and visitors as per the company policy.
  • To manage & supervise the performance of suppliers services such as physical security, cleaning, etc…
