Job Description
- Assists Senior Cost Control Officer in performing analysis and compiling information pertinent to the project Performs costs analysis on project items, as instructed o Assumes responsibility for preparation, quality and accuracy of project cost reports
- Monitors the materials, to the project, and compares them to initial budgets and estimates.
- Collects, and integrates financial control information, and prepares monthly cost and expenditure statements and forecasts for the duration of the project o Compiles information and prepares reports using SAP software
- Preparation of reports includes researching, compiling and summarizing of data
- Participates in budgetary control with Axapta ERP Software (international project management tool), including:
- Follow-up on budgets, expenditures and income through different modules (Commitment, Subcontractors, Client and Cost Control)
- Activity and Margin calculation
- Cost at the end of site and Activity forecast
- Monthly reports
- Assists in the internal and external invoice approval process for costs associated to the project o managing all preparation of project back-up for invoicing and administration of the invoicing process
- Filing paper records, inputting system data, and organizing electronic files
- Compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures,
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of commerce or related to the subject.
- Experince: from 1 : 3 years as a cost control Preferred in Food & Beverage or FMCG or Retail .
- Males Only
- Maximum Age 30.
- Good Command of English language
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication Skills
