Job Description

  • Keep the building in a clean and orderly condition by examining the building on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Undertaking minor building upgrades to existing buildings, which typically include flooring, lighting, wall fixtures, and wall patch and paint.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and clients.
  • Supervise maintenance of landscaping and upkeep of grounds equipment.
  • Supervise all general building maintenance
  • Responsible for transportation & Purchases
  • Maintain a positive relationship with staff and co-workers.
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Good writing and reading emails
  • Responsible for overseeing and delivering full facility management solutions including :
  1. supervising the facility team,
  2. safety compliance
  3. building staff and vendors
  4. project work
  5. space renovations and transportation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • High level of communication skills
  • Have a lot of connections in many companies which we can deal with in the future.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based computer systems, Microsoft Office and outlook.
