Job Description

  • Act as the main interface between sales department & others departments in the factory( Finance, Warehouse, HR) to facilitate Sales orders creation and delivery
  • Prepare and follow up on required Sales quotations and invoices
  • Manage incoming & outgoing phone calls and guest's service appropriately
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings.
  • Distribute incoming mail and send emails and faxes
  • Manage and order office supplies, required IT facilities, and petty cash
  • Organize company documents into suitable archiving system.
  • Assist in reviewing, editing any admin documents and prepare spreadsheets and reports when needed.
  • Coordinate and follow up with HR, Finance and Factory for any assigned task.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • 1-3 Years of Experience (Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant)
  • Good command of English Language (Written/Spoken)
  • Very good MS Office user ( Word , Excel , PPT)
  • Professional communication and Follow up skills
