Job Description
- Act as the main interface between sales department & others departments in the factory( Finance, Warehouse, HR) to facilitate Sales orders creation and delivery
- Prepare and follow up on required Sales quotations and invoices
- Manage incoming & outgoing phone calls and guest's service appropriately
- Schedule in-house and external meetings.
- Distribute incoming mail and send emails and faxes
- Manage and order office supplies, required IT facilities, and petty cash
- Organize company documents into suitable archiving system.
- Assist in reviewing, editing any admin documents and prepare spreadsheets and reports when needed.
- Coordinate and follow up with HR, Finance and Factory for any assigned task.
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 1-3 Years of Experience (Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant)
- Good command of English Language (Written/Spoken)
- Very good MS Office user ( Word , Excel , PPT)
- Professional communication and Follow up skills
