Job Description

Role Summary:As part of GE Treasury’s Operations team, this role will provide functional and project expertise on Bank account management related activities. The Analyst, Bank Administration will be responsible managing the Bank documentation process for account opening /modification /closure /services setup.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute & manage the Bank documentation process for account opening /modification /closure /services setup (including online banking etc.)
  • Coordinate with Business teams, Global teams, Treasury services lead & Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services request
  • Maintain repository of documentation requirements for various service setup with Banking partners
  • Partner with Banking services lead to ensure legal agreements / documents have been reviewed and approved by the Corporate Treasury legal team – Including driving standard delegation of authority and certification of delegation of signers
  • Partner with Banking services lead to setup standard account management & service setup documentation
  • Measure and Drive SLAs with the Banking partners
  • Coordinate online banking issue resolution including monitoring of inactive users and user revalidation
  • Maintain reconciliation of MyBank tool internal data to Banking network
  • Drive process improvements & simplification initiatives to streamline the process
  • Partner with Corporate Treasury Process leads to ensure standardization of process across the globe
  • Drive and maintain global metrics and maintenance of global process documentation

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business, accounting or related
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Bank Account Management experience
  • Background and work experience with financial services processes and products.
  • Strong process execution and customer service mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can-do-attitude / self-starter
  • Must be prepared to work in any shift supporting Asia/Americas/European business hours

Desired Characteristics:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Arabic + English) with ability to interface and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience in managing the Bank documentation and related processes
  • Demonstrated success in leading/delivering on projects
  • Treasury Cash operations or related Treasury operational experience
  • Independent judgment with strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across geographical locations, business and functions to deliver on goals & objectives
  • Commitment for process execution & improvement.
  • Excellent teamwork skills; collaborative approach with peers and team members
