Job Description
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Focal point for all internal communications amongst all company departments.
- Ensure that existing & initiating new projects are executed under pre-established departments checklists & Frameworks.
- Full account handling the responsibility of operational accounts, navigating through the client requests, system functionality, administration support and operationally excellence.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met, while assessing and handling change requirements.
- Undertaking project tasks as required, while continuously developing project strategies for workflow enhancements.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Assist with resource allocation and forecast requirement.
- Ensure department KPI's are in place, while tracing key impact issues.
- Ability to monitor and track raised incidents, while mitigating risk & developing corrective actions.
- Develop and understand the methodology of structuring project plans with the inclusion of constraints dependencies and Ad-hoc activities
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Tracking & Monitoring assigned KPI’s across all project aspects, commercially, operationally & technically.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field of study.
- 1-5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
