Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with team.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for projects
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, user interfaces, Web standards and usability.
- Strong knowledge of SEO.
- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of Git and common platforms (e.g. BitBucket, Github, GitLab).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with our development, creative and project management teams.
- Experience in modern front-end web frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, Node) is preferred.
