Job Description
- Set Sales Strategies, policies and plans to achieve the sales targets and maintain the market leadership in alignment with the company directions and strategic goals.
- Develops Sales strategy, tactics & sales plans.
- Set Annual Sales Plan and running Forecast by Product/ Segment/ Area .
- Set the annual Coverage plan based on the required expansion target/Segment or Area.
- Open different channels of relation in all segments to facilitate acquiring new customers for the company.
- Formulates the sales policies and procedures in alignment with the company directions and strategies.
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets.
- Cascades the sales plan and targets to the sales team and monitor their performance and achievements on monthly basis.
- Lead the new accounts agreements in terms of contracts, payment terms…etc.
- Manages the achievement of the sales Targets to meet the company sales target communicated by the top management.
- Ensure product knowledge transfer among the sales team.
- Resolve all internal or external issues for sales team.
- Prepare monthly reports regarding: Sales Actual VS Target Report,Forecast Report ,Coverage plan
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 8-10 Years of Experience from which 3 years in managing team
- Past experience in Rubber flooring / Flooring Solutions / Sports flooring / Wall & flooring tiles
- V.Good command of English Language (Written/Spoken)
- professional user of MS office
- Certificate / Diploma in Sales & Marketing
