Job Description

Sales:

  • Prepare operating plans and sales per month and distribute them to supervisors and exhibitions managers and follow up on their implementation.
  • To achieve the daily/weekly/ monthly sales target of the supervisors and exhibitions assigned to him.
  • Follow up the level of reception and customer service according to their needs and the application of the methods used in their service.
  • Work with the branch manager and visual presentation section to get the best product view (fast moving, slow motion).
  • Analysis of the sales reports for each branch (total, detailed, products, number of clients, preferred marketing offers, average invoice value ...) and presenting the proposed views and procedures.
  • Continuous development of information on products and marketing activities, and commitment to attend specific training programs and courses.

Operating

  • Review and follow-up the beauty tables of cosmetics.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed well according to the display policy (products, products, test products) and have their own pricing cards in their area in coordination with supervisors and exhibition managers.
  • Prepare and implement the sales plan approved by the sales manager.
  • Ensure the arrangement and cleanliness of exhibitions and prepare them to receive customers and send the report of the inspection session according to the approved plan.
  • Follow up the implementation of marketing plans in the exhibitions (such as installing and removing the materials of the marketing offers, making sure that the offer is activated in the system, making sure that the products are displayed in the area of the offers, analyzing the sales of the offers and presenting the proposed views and procedures).
  • Follow-up of requests and supply of exhibition needs (shortage of products, regulations and decisions, equipment, maintenance, legal documents ...).
  • Ensure the availability of legal documents (licenses, employee files, employee contracts, administrative decisions, operational models, training and operational manuals ...) and the need to update them periodically in case of shortage.
  • Follow-up of the regulations for the opening and closing of the day and exhibitions.
  • Monitor the movement of daily deposits with supervisors and exhibitions managers and make deposits as needed according to the approved schedule.
  • Maintain the relationship with the management of the complexes in which the branches are subject to its administration and confirm the exchange of any letters between the parties immediately.
  • Follow-up all emergency cases that are raised by the supervisors and guidance in processing them according to the approved policies, and prepare a weekly report to be presented to the administration.
  • Follow up the implementation of work policies (receiving customer complaints, administrative sequence, uniforms, food and drink ... and any other policies currently approved or adopted later) and contribute to proposing what can be developed.

Inventory management

  • Follow-up of the current inventory and focus on (inventory availability, validity date, price cards, receipt of orders, adjusting the transfer between branches, organizing the delivery of inventory in case of vacations or resignations ...).
  • Follow-up maintenance schedule of the branches periodically (maintenance, preventive maintenance).
  • Organizing and implementing scheduled inventories (semi-annually, yearly) and emergency (delivery of new exhibition manager, sudden inventory of quality of inventory management).
  • Follow up the implementation of regulations for the removal of expired and damaged products and trial products.
  • To complete the monthly closing operations (accounts, inventory).

Administrative work

  • Manage projects opening or closing exhibitions.
  • Update information on government laws and regulations, or regulations that may be issued by governorates, or commercial centers.
  • Preparing the weekly work plan for supervisors and ensuring their implementation and sharing their results with the sales manager.

Job Requirements

  • Male candidates only
  • People with Master's degree/Bachelor Degree in Marketing will be preferred
  • Working hours 9 am to 11 pm (office work, field visits and on call)
  • Candidate from Cosmetics sales, pharmacy, and the retail background will be preferred.
  • Age should not be more than 38 yrs
