Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Director – Emerging Markets

Base Location: Dubai, UAE

Main Job Purpose:

Accelerating the development, penetration and efficacy of the Kraft Heinz Business across the region to deliver sales growth with the overall vision.

SALES

  • Customer Development and Relationship Management
  • Identify innovative product solutions including structured entry into new markets with locally applicable product categories
  • Identify potential “bolt on” acquisitions in market that can lead to delivery of the accelerated vision and undertake restructuring initiatives (distributors consolidation) etc. to fuel growth
  • Embed a high performance culture, increase employee engagement and develop an “In Market” Talent Pool to deliver the strategic and commercial objectives of the business (Strat Plan and AOP)
  • Actively support the business in monitoring performance on key actions as laid in strategic and operating plans and identify opportunities in the region.
  • Responsible for the overall Middle East Sales function with regards to planning, development , implementation of Sales activities & programmes ie in market sales forecasting, planning & deployment of Sales budgets, crafting & implementing Channel & distribution strategies for various geographies of the business.
  • Provide strategic direction and management of the Sales function and ensure that this is aligned to the corporate goals leading to shareholder value creation.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing effectively the relationships between functions and customers.
  • Network with peer group & other internal affiliates to roll out of Best Proven practices, as relevant

Essential knowledge:

MBA in Sales & Marketing as the medium of University education.

Experience Required:

  • Proven man-management capability in a multinational environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from multiple backgrounds and nationalities.

Travel:

The job requires extensive travel within the Region

Reporting Channel:

The position reports to the Head of Commercial MENAT & Egypt
