Job Description
- Develop imported materials supply plan
- Develop budgeting and cashflow for the imported materials’ supply plan
- Own the documentation of all imported containers
- Track inbound deliveries and follow up on suppliers for off track items
- Update monthly payments sheet and communication payment swift with suppliers to confirm timely payments
- Update daily follow up sheet for all imported materials and develop action plan for off track items
- Connect with local supply chain planner to communicate inbound deliveries and lock receiving plans
- Prepare inventory targets for imported materials and maintain stock levels to meet targets
- Communicate any issues with suppliers
- Work with different functions as per the demand planning process to gather all inputs to the demand forecasting cycle
- Develop demand forecast and review with the supply chain department leader with communication of key issues
- Own the demand scorecard (periodic updates and root causing of outages)
